2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Service Description

Technologen AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating creative content including:

• AI Video Generation: Create videos from text prompts
• AI Image Generation: Generate images and artwork from descriptions
• AI Music Generation: Compose original music and audio

The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve quality and features. Generation results may vary based on prompts, model capabilities, and other factors.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different credit allocations and features. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

• You retain access to paid features until the period ends
• Unused credits expire when your subscription ends
• No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period

5.4 Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases (if offered) are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire.

• Credits are required to generate AI content
• Different content types consume different amounts of credits
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle (unused credits do not roll over)
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• Credit costs per generation are displayed before you confirm
• Failed generations due to system errors will have credits refunded

7.1 Your Rights to Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan:

• Paid Plans: You receive a broad license to use generated content for commercial and personal purposes, including modification, reproduction, and distribution.
• Free Tier: You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

7.2 AI-Generated Content & Copyright

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your prompts and inputs solely for providing the Service, improving our AI models (in aggregated, anonymized form), and as necessary for legal compliance.

7.4 No Exclusivity

AI models may generate similar or identical outputs for different users with similar prompts. We do not guarantee exclusive or unique content.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must NOT:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Do not attempt to recreate copyrighted characters, scenes, or works owned by others.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• AI-generated content may not always match your expectations
• Quality, accuracy, and consistency of outputs may vary
• The Service may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results
• Generation times may vary based on system load and complexity
• We may update or change AI models, which may affect outputs
• Certain content requests may be filtered or blocked by safety systems
• The Service may be unavailable during maintenance periods

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse the Service or other users

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Generated content may be deleted. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
